New customer here. This morning Googled eyebrow threading near me and Eyebrow Threading by Sameer seemed promising after reading the reviews on Google and Yelp. Im beyond upset at the level of professionalism here. An employee had her rude, loud, obnoxious child running around in the salon. He was running around sliding across a stool on wheels. To make matters worst, he walked up to me and slapped me on my belly and said, “Why are you so fat.” Yeah he was a child but that was beside the point. I will never came here again. That employee should be fired. Im more upset that she did nothing while her kid was running around annoying the hell out of everyone. People go to salons to enjoy the peace and quiet. Well there you wont get that.

I came to sameeras for a Brazilian and I’m literally currently sitting here at this salon posting this review because Marian told me that they cant get to me at all today between this 2-5 window before their posted closing hours today¿!? Their sign out front clearly states: walkins welcome and yet apparently walkins are NOT welcome at all…even after i told them i had no problem waiting as long as they wanted! Guess they dont need the business and if u want anything done just remember. ..no appointment = no service. (Their current posted closing time is at 5pm on Sunday’s not 3pm.)

Critical: ProfessionalismOne of the reasons I gave this place two stars is because they did a good job on my eyebrows. The first time I went, I had no clue that first-time customers were able to get their brows done for $3. I noticed the sign this time and told one of the employees that I paid full price the first time I came and if they would honor the $3 price during this visit. The “manager” said that they weren’t honoring the first time customer price due to covid..umm okay. Sameera’s salon is absolutely AMAZING! I’ve been a client of hers for 6 going on 7 years now & i’ve never had a bad experience! The staff is all very friendly & helpful. They’re personable & make you feel comfortable whether it’s your first time or 100th time visiting they always take great care of their clients. The prices are very affordable & they often have deals that are perfect for gift giving or saving money for your future appointments. I don’t trust anyone else with my personal up keep needs besides the ladies here at this salon. Hands down the BEST!

Good quality! All employees seemed to be trained well. They are all polite & friendly. If this is your first time threading, let them know and they will give you tips to make it less painful only downside is the wait time if you go anywhere from 6-7:30

I recently moved to Fullerton to be near CSUF and was looking for a new threading place. I was nervous because I am particular about my brows. I researched a few places, read reviews and decided to come to this one. They have great service, very friendly and several people to choose from to do your brows. I went back a couple times and by the 3rd time I found the lady I liked the most and have chosen her since. They were attentive to how I wanted my brows and kept showing me the mirror throughout the threading which I appreciated.
