Critical: ProfessionalismBeautiful place on the inside with nice reviews. It’s close to my work and I needed to get my eyebrows threaded before going out of town. Gave them a try because I was not feeling up to the drive to Sacramento to Stylish Brows which is the place I usually went too and loved when I used to work in Sacramento. From now on, no matter how I feel, I will make the trip to Sacramento. I’m not sure of the name of the lady who did my eyebrows but she was very rude. Not only that, she was not gentle at all. Very fast, I will give her that, But she took more from my eyebrows then I wanted while also taking a piece of my skin off because she was in such a hurry and not being careful. It hurt, took awhile to heal. Still, I didn’t say anything. I was nice. And even gave a small tip. I don’t like complaining or giving bad reviews so it’s taken me awhile to write this but I felt I should share my experience. Hope no one else will have the same experience I had. Beautiful place on the inside with nice reviews. It’s close to my work and I needed to get my eyebrows threaded before going out of town. Gave them a try because I was not feeling up to the drive to Sacramento to Stylish Brows which is the place I usually went too and loved when I used to work in Sacramento. She is absolutely amazing at doing my eyebrows, and is the only employee that can execute them perfectly. The shop is always clean and in neat order. Wait times are usually never bad, unless it’s around a busy holiday. I love love love this small business.
