If I could give this place negative 5, I would. I just literally went for eyebrow waxing services for the first time. On the Internet, says it opens at 10:00am. I arrived at 10:30am. I opened the door (which was unlocked) and yes I saw the lights off. But no one was there. I just saw a lady closing a door in the back and talking on the phone. I patiently wait for a few minutes. When the lady who I assume is the owner came out of the bathroom. She was super rude. No greeting or anything, She asked me, what are you doing here? You scared me, in a very rude attitude and tone. I said well I came for a service. Then she said. Yes, but the lights are off and no one is here. I said well the door is unlocked and it supposed to open at 10am. I was so mad, I left. I was getting in the car when I saw she turned the lights on and rolled the window shades up. She might have good reviews for services well done but she needs to work on her costumer service skills. So stupid. Next time, if you need to use the bathroom and make a phone call, lock the main door and unlock when you’re ready.

Nami is always kind and available on short notice for excellent eyebrows! She’s always welcoming and makes my children smile when they accompany me to her place of business. I have always been treated respectfully there and her shop is warm and inviting, clean, and has a pleasant home-like atmosphere.

GO HERE!!! If I had to use one word to describe this place, it would be amazing. To begin, every time I leave Nami’s place I feel extremely relaxed and my eyebrows always look so good. It always smells sooo good in there, she does a wonderful job at threading my eyebrows just the way I like them, and always teaches me something new that I can do to improve my skin. This is the ONLY place I go to get everything done and I recommend it to everyone when it comes up on conversation. If you want anything face related done professionally, this is the place to go. The owner herself is super sweet, wise, and overall just great at engaging in conversation. (Thank you for the Crunch bars!!!)

Horrible experience… this lady is so rude, aggressive, and just downright unprofessional. My eyebrows are blonde so i understand they aren’t the easiest to see but you don’t go over someone’s skin to the point that you’re bringing blood to the skin. She also was shoving my head around and i had to tell her to stop. Don’t give this lady your money.

Nami did a good job on my eyebrow threading but was extremely rude. When it came time to pay she was having difficulties with my card and then implied that the card was stolen (because the card looked old). I told her i’d be happy to show her my ID or manually enter in my card information to verify that the card was in fact mine
