Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI had a terrible experience here. Being one of the only eyebrow threading places in town, I drove 30 minutes to try this place. They don’t accept appointments so I had to do a walk-in, and ended up waiting an hour before she got to me. I was extremely disappointed with my eyebrows after, she made them so thin and uneven. I had a terrible experience here. Being one of the only eyebrow threading places in town, I drove 30 minutes to try this place. They don’t accept appointments so I had to do a walk-in, and ended up waiting an hour before she got to me. I was extremely disappointed with my eyebrows after, she made them so thin and uneven. If you come here clarify if you want to keep your eyebrows thick. Honestly just don’t come here

Critical: QualityI asked her to simply clean up my brows and she made them way to thin and also cut off the ends of one of my brows making one wayyyyy shorter than the other. When I called to tell her about her work and to get a refund she told me no all she would do for me is cut the other brow shorter to match the other one. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThese ladies are the best! I’ve been going to their Asheville location for many years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The line can get long some days (probably way less long at this location at this point!) but it’s totally worth it. They are so speedy that it moves super fast anyways. These ladies are the best! I’ve been going to their Asheville location for many years now and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The line can get long some days (probably way less long at this location at this point!) but it’s totally worth it. They are so speedy that it moves super fast anyways. It doesn’t matter though because I would literally wait hours to see them. They’re THAT good.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityAbsolutely ZERO customer service!!She was busy yapping away to glory on her phone and didn’t even bother to greet or ask me what I wanted. She just pointed me to the chair and was getting ready to start, I moved aside and told her my specifications, to which she rolled her eyes!! She kept talking throughout my session in Gujarati and I’m sure she was talking something about me. I mean, come on lady you are running a freaking business, being a little customer friendly wouldn’t hurt you! Despite of all this, she has the audacity to yell “rude” when I was walking out just because I didn’t say thanks, I guess… a taste of your own medicine woman!Cherry on top – she wasn’t following covid protocols!! Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityPoor customer service. The lady was so rude and did not even to greet me and remained on the phone. I could tell she was annoyed when I asked her a question because I interrupted her conversation. And she messed up on my eyebrows!! 🙁 will not be coming in again. Will be sharing my negative experience in my community.
