Love this place. Used to go to the location in Durham before moving 10 minutes from here a few years ago. The service is just as great if not better than the old spot. Madhu always gets my eyebrows right. If you’re new to threading, ask for her. She’s gentle, takes her time, and always has a smile on her face. I moved to Zebulon and still drive in to get my eyebrows done here. Trust me, it’s worth the drive for perfection.

Sunday 9/11 i went to this location for my eyebrows done and girl who worked there completely messed up the shape of my eyebrows and made it short. I am very disappointed and feeling shame to go outside with this ugly looking eyebrows. I didn’t expect this poor customer service from Chadni.

Very disappointing experience today. I only use Chadnis because of how amazing they do. Today I came in at 2 pm, was told to sit, and then spent the next ten minutes listening to the employee eating in the back room and on speakerphone with someone. There was no indication of how much longer she would be, and I was on lunch break so I left. This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience here. Time to look elsewhere.

I called ahead to make sure the lady was available since I drove an hour from Rockymount. She told me to come and when I showed up she wouldn’t do my eyebrows. The most unprofessional salon I’ve ever been to. Never again.
