Tried twice to get my eyebrows done here and both times my eyebrows were jacked up! I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy and I will definitely NEVER go back! I get my eyebrows threaded because threading gives very clean and precise lines and well my eyebrows were uneven and she even took the tail of my brow off. Now I’m back at square one and will have to let my brows grow for 4 to 6 weeks so I can go elsewhere for someone to try to get them right. FYI…I only went here because the girls I went to at Penn aren’t there any longer so if anyone knows where they might be please let me know.

This place was my first experience with eyebrow threading. After about 7 visits, I’ve decided that I’m definitely never going back to waxing. You get a much better shape on your eyebrows with treading. I’ve had a good experience here, no matter who is on shift. They’re very fast and good at what they do. Whether this is your first time trying treading or you just need a new place, I’d definitely recommend coming here.

I have been here several times over the last year. At first, the threading job was decent, but after a few visits, the two ladies who own/run the place started critiquing my eyebrows in front of other customers in the other chairs. I was told my eyebrows were uneven, and needed “hair back here and here”, etc. it was awkward in front of other customers. (i never thought they looked uneven to begin with). I never plucked or did anything else between thread jobs so if there was hair missing in places it shouldn’t have been missing, I would assume it was these ladies who had done it. I stopped threading at this place for several months (1. due to service & 2. moved farther away) and randomly one day stopped in because i was on that side of town & needed my brows down. For the third time, they both critiqued my eyebrows in front of other customers saying they weren’t good. I honestly don’t understand what they are expecting my eyebrows to be doing or look like. I don’t have super thick brows naturally, and my eyebrows are just my eyebrows. All i need is them cleaned up occasionally to look even, not critiqued. Though the threading jobs were alright, I will not be returning here. I would like to go somewhere where i am not told my eyebrows are bad. Three times being told that was enough!
