Don’t come here for eyebrows! The lady is rude and did a poor job. She was done within 2 minutes but my eyebrows looked the same as they did when I walked in. I could’ve done a better job with a plucker at home. There’s really bad lighting in there. I didn’t see the poor job until I got into my car. Won’t be coming back

Me and my sister have been going here for years usually a younger lady or her mom threads and we loved the service. Today 3/25 around 4 pm we went and there were 2 new lady’s. LET ME TELL YALL, they messed up our brows so bad. I have never looked in the mirror and been so sad. Then I seen my sisters and all we could do was laugh because they both looked rough. The lady was so rough with mine she ripped the skin on my eyelid. I do not recommend, they need more experience or something. And they’re customer service sucked!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI do not recommend going there for eyebrow threading the lady who did my brows was very much in a rush & also when I clearly told her I wanted my upper lip threaded she did not hear me the first time because she had headphones in. Another thing she did not clean my eyebrows up good enough. I do not recommend going there for eyebrow threading the lady who did my brows was very much in a rush & also when I clearly told her I wanted my upper lip threaded she did not hear me the first time because she had headphones in. the treatment was horrible, I had an appointment, they made me wait 1 hour and then he told me that he could not see me when I already had my appointment, because other people came and he preferred to see them, I tried to talk to the manager yesterday and they ignored me, when I was a client very followed by them, they treated me very badly.

Horrible experience. The lady threading doesn’t listen to you I asked her to take one more hair and she butchered my whole eyebrow. It now looks like it’s spilt in two . Don’t go there unless you want the same round shape I see three customers walk out with.
