I am very sad to leave this review and it’s ironic given the last review I left was for an eyebrow place in Barcelona that was exceptional. I went here two days ago to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted. There was an older woman there, and she absolutely destroyed one of my eyebrows. She threaded it so thin. I asked for just a clean up and told her that I like my eyebrows thick. She threaded the front portion of my eyebrow super thin about a third of it is gone. It actually itches like crazy because I have never in my life had those hairs threaded, waxed or plucked. It looks awful and it’s embarrassing. I hope that my hair grows back normally. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded and tinted there a few times before and they were OK. Previously it was a young woman who was working, but she clearly has zero customer service knowledge and acted like a board and annoyed teenager barely acknowledging customers as they came in. I used to work at a high school so I was mostly amused by her attitude but it certainly wasn’t professional. What a shame.

The lady was super nice. Older lady, but I don’t like how she shaped my brows with the henna. If she would’ve shaped them better it would be 4 to 5 stars. I like the henna. It’s a cheaper version of microbladding.

The best arched eyebrow I could ever get, but she’s always rushing, she kinda missed some spots. Other wise perfect eyebrows. When alot of people started to come that time she started to rush.. one more thing she doesn’t sanitize the chairs, doesnt even clean the card machine. A great group of ladies runs this salon, and they are all kind, thorough, and take their service and your satisfaction very seriously. They always seem to have at least a couple of people waiting their turn, which is a good sign that others like the place too, but even when there are several waiting the wait time isn’t terrible. These ladies are very talented professionals! There is also a loyalty program that after so many visits you get one free (just have to input your phone number in their system), which is just an added bonus! They also do henna tattos, however I haven’t purchased that service so I can’t really comment on it, but their sample pictures are quite lovely.

It is unfortunate when a business does not investigate a customer’s complaint. The way the complaint was addressed was for an employee, not the owner or the manager, to call the offending employee and take their word that they did nothing wrong. It is one of the reasons why businesses fail.

Why is there only one person working on a Saturday? I was told there was one person ahead of me and someone who left cane back and so now I had to wait for two people. A 15 minute errand has now taken twice as long. This is my first and last time coming here. I don’t like my time being wasted, no matter how talented or cheap it is.
