I’ve been coming here for a long time, over a year now. All the other times have been good. I’ve always gotten the service I needed with decent results. This last time however, I had my eyebrows threaded and it was awful. I felt like the lady who did it, threaded so hard, my skin was caught in it. It might’ve been because they store was busy at the time I went in, but that was no excuse. When the service was done, she didn’t wipe off the excess hair from my face. I went into my car, having to use my tissues to dust them off. I left there this last time feeling really itchy where my eyebrows were. Some redness was normal, but then the swelling began. It was red, swelling, and itchy the rest of the day.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. I went here with fully grown eyebrows came out with literally half my eyebrow gone! I don’t know who gets these people licensed or how they even have a business if they don’t know what they’re doing. No shaping, no clean up nothing just spots in my eyebrows. & when i told her hey look what you did here she just brushed it and says not it’s ok it looks fine. clearly it wasn’t.

Wish they’d let me post the picture but it wasn’t working but I was excited to try this place I seen the reviews and pictures and I loved every last one the thickness the shaping etc so when I went I was expecting the same thing I told her keep them thick as possible and even showed her a picture but I came out with thin eyebrows that weren’t even shaped and when I told her to at least shape them she said “I did girl” so I just felt really rushed cause there was a customer sitting in the lobby she probably had a appointment but I called and asked if they did walk ins and she said yes I was very upset my boyfriend didn’t even wanna pay at that point but I did because that’s just who I am never again will I go here!!

The whole time she worked on my brows, she was distracted. There were times I saw that she wasn’t even looking at what she was threading. I should have told her to stop then. I didn’t feel the cut stings until after I left the store. The cuts scabbed and stuck around for a couple weeks. I have learned my lesson and will not be coming back here.
