i have very naturally thick brows, and i like them that way. however, i needed a trim and them cleaned up. they are so uneven and messed up my whole shape is ruined if you like uneven or pencil thin brows this is perfect.

I told this lady countless times (it’s the same one over an over) and I’m not one to write a review but she must have some weird insecurity because she keeps taking everyone’s eyebrows and honestly needs to be fired, I asked to keep my eyebrows thick in which I grew for a few months just for her to make them thin and exactly where I started (which she had caused) before I grew them out. She needs to go please someone fire her there’s other ladies that listen and do amazing, she is not one of them.

After going here for a couple years I’ve decided to stop and seek somewhere else. Probably a place where only 1 person is maintaining my brows and knows how I like them. My brows were nice and thick in the summer time and now they have become thin & uneven. I only go to them, but they have at least 3-4 people working there that I noticed and they all do brows differently and don’t really listen when you tell them how you want them. I feel like the only person who does them perfect is the owner and she’s rarely there when I go 🙁

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueDO NOT GO!!! I showed up to get eyebrows done and tinted and told the lady that I wanted to keep my thick brows and get a tint. The woman was on her phone talking to her mother while doing my brows very unprofessional and on top of that she did the complete opposite of what I asked for she made my eyebrows THIN and UNEVEN I will now have to use brow pencil to even them up. Then she did the same thing to another customer she didn’t listen to the customer when she said that she doesn’t use aloe and slabbed aloe on her eyebrows they also was uneven as well. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis was honestly the worst cosmetic experience of my entire life. I asked for a light eyebrow cleaning and I left with thin pencil brows. I lost my eyebrows thanks to this business and now my face feels ruined. I felt defeated when I had to pay for this awful, humiliating service and look. Please spare yourself my misery.

The lady was nice and worked fast. However I asked her to just clean them and she made them way too thin. I will just have to wait until they grow to fix them. If you like thinner eyebrows this is a great option.
