I’ve been coming here for years recommended them to everyone back when they were downstairs by sears! After the pandemic I moved away and stopped coming as often. I know I have uneven eyebrows, they’re sisters not twins! I don’t blame the younger girl that did them. But it took so much courage for me to go back and express the fact that my eyebrows are way to thin and different from each other. I wanted a professional tint to maybe help them out because its Christmas Eve tomorrow, but instead of helping me fix it, they exclaimed it’s my eyebrows and they don’t see anything wrong with them. I had to leave to never return because I didn’t want to cry in public.

My left eyebrow was threaded significantly different from my right. I’ve gotten my brows threaded for over 10+ years and know they are even. She chopped off the tail on the left side and left it on the right side. What was really disappointing was the amount of time put into this so called effort. I walked in and the other female employee was amidst doing the threading on another customer. The younger female started on me after that customer and finished before they were even done. This shows me that she didn’t care to take her time to do what service was requested and she was more so rushing to resume her activities on her cell phone. Before I even got up from my seat she was on to the next customer to be seated and what service they wanted. Even if it is last resort, find another salon! Unless you specifically request the older, more experienced female. I have an engagement to attend and this was another small unnecessary problem to add to my weekend. Business means CUSTOMER SERVICE! The point is, if you can avoid, please do so or expect some sort of botched service, especially from the young one.

While I am usually a fan of their work and reccomend them. The last few times I have gone the experience was displeasing. One was with a younger threader who was just very rushed and more concerned with getting back to her phone. The most recent being today. Another threader this time, could not be bothered, no smile no warmth in tone. Pushing my hear back and for as someone who is frustrated but not once asking me to turn. Commenting how my eyebrows were already messed up (however the last visit they were done by a really great threader, nice, welcoming and great with my brows). End result two completely different eyebrows, at two different height levels, being told that they were already messed up and asking if I wanted to leave a tip.

She stated that it was a Hanner not die.
