Went to this place because my regular spot was closed. I told the lady to leave my brows thick and just clean them up. She left them extremely thin!!!! Almost like she did it on purpose. I can’t even fill them in because they’re so badly shaped and patchy! I would give 0 stars if i could. First and last time going!

Pam was nice and she came to talk to me. She new the other lady messed up, all she did was nod agreeing and looked madly at the other lady who did my eyebrows. The other lady who did my eyebrows didn’t apologize or say sorry for the mess up. Very unprofessional. And then I had to talk to a man on the phone (possibly man in charge of the place) he was being arrogant and showed no sympathy. All he offered was a free service next time or only $4 back. Critical: QualityI spent the last 30 minutes crying in my car because I had thick full eyebrows going in and came out with really thin and uneven eyebrows. They trimmed the start of my eyebrows down all the way and left a patch missing in the middle of my eyebrow. And then trimmed them far apart from each other in the middle.

YOU RUINED MY EYEBROWS. She stripped the entire arch and was so aggressive. Didn’t switch gloves from previous customer. You must have a phone number email before starting, like hurry up and do them not everyone has to be a member.
