I paid for brow threading and henna to shape them. I have had my brows done in this way by several shops and have never had the artist not able to shape them well. They filled them in with one starting half way over my bridge of my nose. I asked her to fix it several times and after she clearly wasn’t going to be able to do it properly I asked her to just wash it off. I didn’t want to look like a clown for two or so weeks while it faded as I am starting a graduate program, so I wanted to look and feel my best, which was also mentioned to the artist. I feel scammed and taken advantage of. I didn’t have much to spend but saved so I can feel good on my first day and had that taken from me from a greedy unskilled artist who was talking to someone while working on me instead of looking at her work. Save yourself the $50 and don’t go here. These are my natural brows and should not have been hard for a skilled artist.

Left w a bloody nose and a scarred eyebrow. I ONLY thread my brows and this was my worst experience. Went here for the first time ab 3 weeks ago, was seen by Remi & I told her before we started I had makeup on my brows so she could remove it. She didn’t. She jumped right in and 5 seconds in she ripped my nose ring out w the thread. All she said was “sorry”. Didn’t even offer to discount anything. When I get to my car and see my eyebrows are a MESS I called in and she said she would fix them when I came back in. I have a white scar under my brow from her going too hard and no hair is growing back which wouldn’t be an issue if she hadn’t messed them up so now they’re lopsided and not growing. Never coming back.

Critical: QualityI’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded previously at other places and never really had problems. When I usually go into threading shops they ask me if I would like they cleaned up or shaped-this shop was different. The lady looked annoyed that I came in.. even though there was no one else inside. That should have been the first red flag. She didn’t greet me whatsoever, just told me to sign in. I get people have bad days though, so I brushed it off. She tells me to sit in the chair and start going to work. She thinned my eyebrows soooo much. I’ve gotten them waxed and people always commented how they liked the shape and thickness. This lady apparently had something against me and decided to ruin my eyebrows. The thing is, it is extremely difficult for me to grow out any hair. It’s going to take me a good 2 years to get them back to what they were. Not only was this place rude and unprofessional, they aren’t even good at threading. Wish I could give 0 stars honestly. Person helping me did not hear my request at all. I asked her it only clean them to not touch the shape. She left my eyebrows very thin and miss matched. One looks higher than the other and the snape of them are totally different. I am so unhappy with the service. Will not be back to this place. I should’ve just left them and waiting for my regular lady to come back from vacation but was trying for a new place as a backup. This place is definitely not it.

Outstanding place and service. They treat both men and women with respect and listen to their concerns. I recommend this place to anyone but men particularly because everywhere else I go they make my eyebrows too thin but here they recognize a lot of men just want a clean up but not mess with our shape. Go more than once if needed to try out the different girls to see whose style you prefer most if needed.

It’s the worst place! Out of all the workers only one of them is good at it… the actual owner or partner or whatever sucks at doing eyebrows n did mine way too fast. She didn’t care i told her to not make mine look girly and thats what she did. Im a guy. Last time a woman did them very well.
