This place is amazing. Went there for the first time today and received exceptional service. Raina (sp?) did my eyebrows and tinting and she took her time and really made sure I was happy. Update:: I got a nasty original response from that business , basically saying they hate customers like me and to stay away. Why? Because you have a business schedule ? And I complained there was nobody there, you are offering a service and charging for it. I have never had an issue with my eyebrows or eyelashes. Today was the worst experience ever. Not only are my lashes uneven it’s my birthday weekend and they messed them up and still charged full price!! Never again and I’ve been coming here for years

Hina was amazing! She is so welcoming and sweet. And reminds me of my favorite eyebrow lady back in Michigan where she is very soft and delicate when doing the threading. She makes sure to not cause a lot of pain and is very delicate. She’s absolutely a kind a sweet lady and she has made my experience really nice.
