Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been here 3 times and the first two times were great, I had this younger lady do thread my eyebrows and I wish I could remember her name. But she did a great job. This last time I went in and it was awful. I wrote down my name and number and waited in my car because usually they ask you to wait outside until they call your phone. I waiting for 50 mins and finally decided to go in and see if maybe I put down the wrong number. I went in and looked at the check in paper and saw that they were taking in customers that signed in after me! They crossed my name off as well. So I told the lady I have been waiting outside for almost an hour and that I thought I was supposed to get a call. She was rude and didn’t apologize. Instead acted like I was in inconveniencing her! She then took me and did my eyebrows in a rush. Didn’t ask me how I wanted them done. She took off way too much and tweezed the beginning of my eyebrows and made me bleed. I’ve been here 3 times and the first two times were great, I had this younger lady do thread my eyebrows and I wish I could remember her name. But she did a great job. This last time I went in and it was awful. I wrote down my name and number and waited in my car because usually they ask you to wait outside until they call your phone.
