I walked inside and was told in a very rude tone that she was closed. The sign on the door said open til 7pm and it was 5:45 pm – that wasn’t the biggie what was not cool was this lady’s tone! So unprofessional definitely do better! Now you will never get my business nor my 3 daughters

The first time I went the lady left me with many cuts and bleeding ALL OVER MY FACE because she was trying to move so fast and my skin got caught and pulled on by the thread. Every time, I return hesitantly, my eyebrows end up in different shapes. The only pros are that the staff are friendly and it’s not much of a wait. It is more expensive than most place for a less than mediocre job.

Worst eyebrows ive ever had.. Left one was thinner, with a random chunk missing.. Right one didnt come to a point AT ALL. asked her to adjust it and she said i can fill them in. She was so slow the whole thing was a painful experience. Definately DO NOT reccommend coming here. Moved from manteca thinking to save time.. Definitely worth a little drive to go to the costco shoppimg center.

The lady that they have on Thursdays she made me bleed by cutting. Her work was sloppy. I’ve been a member for a while and she is the worse . There are a few I know that do a good job but never at the same location. After this I won’t renew my membership .
