Got my brows done by Ritu, she was super kind and patient. She listened to exactly how I wanted my brows, and shaped them perfectly, and even asked me at the end how I liked the shape, which many other people in the past haven’t listened. I am very careful with who I go to for eyebrow’s, and I would definitely recommend coming to Ritu, If you ever need your brows done, because I’ve honestly never had someone else shape my brows with so much patience.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to get my eyebrows waxed and it was my first time going to them, and the women who did my eyebrows ripped off my skin on my eyelids and left a whole burn, which I’m worried is gunna scar. The only reason I didn’t say anything then was because I didn’t notice it till the next day. the women in charge tried to blame it on me by saying something about my acne but I don’t have acne on my eyelids so it made no sense. I went to get my eyebrows waxed and it was my first time going to them, and the women who did my eyebrows ripped off my skin on my eyelids and left a whole burn, which I’m worried is gunna scar. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueHi there!! I give this place 5 stars I visited on 8/23/2020 and I was coming in for eyebrow threading (FYI first time for me and it did hurt which is what I expected but less painful than waxing from the places I’ve visited) I’ve always had thickish full eyebrows so I love the way the lady left them for me. Definitely will return ❤️

Okay, the reason I give this place a 3 is because there’s one employee that normally is super awesome but lately shes been really careless about the work she is doing. Today I came in 20 minutes before closing and another girl is working and tells me that they are closed… mmmm noo, your open and I dont see why I should be denied service when I have the monthly plan with this place.
