I’ve been going to this place for a while. But not anymore not with the experience I had. One the girl had really long nails and could not hold the thread well. She kept pulling my skin and messed up on shaping my eye brows. I would stay with my husband hair stylist she does a better job.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’ve been going here every 2-3 weeks for years. Today was the worst experience ever! The main lady was out, assuming on maternity leave and the store was being run by staff from another location. It’s taken years to grow my brows out & I specifically told the girl I like them thick, I just want them cleaned up. She butchered them & took about half the volume, leaving me with no definition or shape. The other 2 girls were gossiping across to each other about past clients while working over current clients. I’ve been going here every 2-3 weeks for years. Today was the worst experience ever! The main lady was out, assuming on maternity leave and the store was being run by staff from another location. It’s taken years to grow my brows out & I specifically told the girl I like them thick, I just want them cleaned up. I have only been here twice, the first time I was in and out in 10 minutes! My eyebrows looked amazing! The second time I went I had called to ask what time they closed and the owner said 7, it was already 7:05 but she said she would wait for me if I was close. So when I went in she greeted me with a big smile on her face and cleaned my brows up in 10 minutes and they looked perfect! The customer service here is AMAZING! I will not go anywhere else and the price is unbeatable! I’m so glad I found this place!

The first time I went, the owner did my eye brows and she was awesome but the second time I went the owner was not there and another young girl did my eye brows. She seems new because getting my eye brows done from her hurt a lot because she pulled one hair at a time and took a lot longer.

My husband and I loved coming here to do our eyebrows. We would drive 20min to come here. But we sadly moved to another city. Eyebrow Land is the best in El Paso I recommend it.

This is the AFTER. I asked her several times to remove all the hairs and she said tried and she said she couldn’t because they were too small. And on top of that, she made my eyebrow bleed.
