Critical: Professionalism, QualityI stopped coming here after there have been countless disappointments in the way my eyebrows turned out. My eyebrows are very thin and I’d let them grow out and would still have a shape to them. I would get charged an extra $5. Last time I came in, many hairs were left and i didn’t notice a difference. I was upset and asked for someone else to do it and the lady then insulted my skin. I stopped coming here after there have been countless disappointments in the way my eyebrows turned out. My eyebrows are very thin and I’d let them grow out and would still have a shape to them. I would get charged an extra $5. Last time I came in, many hairs were left and i didn’t notice a difference. I was upset and asked for someone else to do it and the lady then insulted my skin. Got my brows done here and the shape is fine but the skin under my eyebrows has started bleeding. I’ve been getting my brows done for years and this almost never happens. Additionally, I tried to come in yesterday and was sent away as all 3 women were on a lunch break at 5pm. The location is convenient but for $15, the quality/service should be better.

They did a good job with my eyebrow threading. I’m happy I went to this place. My eyebrows are thin so it’s really a challenge. Also, putting an arc (point) is hard but they were able to do it too. I’m really impressed. It’s a little more at $15 but it is worth it!

Otherwise I usually just walk in, get helped right away, and then pay and go. Fast and easy. My brows are always a mess and they manage to make it work for my face.

The store timings were till 9pm and I reached there by 8 to get my eyebrows done. But the lady says I already have 5 customers I can’t take anymore. I insisted her that I came from very far but still she says I can’t take you. Previously when I came here there was another lady who was super rude and refused to adjust my eyebrows again. The shape she made was correct according to her. WORST PLACE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WORKERS. Who all come to this place, I advice all of you to go to eyebrow plus in Westfield Valleyfair mall . It is far more better than this, atleast they take their customers.

– 5 stars seems more like it!! HORRIBLE PLACE, Just like the other comments say theres a lady that always over charges because of overgrowth! That’s ridiculous!! They tried to upcharge me for a basic clean. I’ve had my eyebrows threaded for the last 8 years and I’ve never had this happen. Have only been here a couple of times this was the last. This place has a rude staff and it has lost its values.

They are charging more , the board says $10 for eyebrow but they are charging $15. It happened to me twice so I asked the lady there why r they charging more she replied because u have more hair growth which was rediculous as I know my eyebrow hardly grows . After 2 mins the lady further started conversation saying it’s only our Indian people who question about money . They were professional but not anymore they are just overcharging I think only to Indian so be careful

They do a decent job, but fleece like anything. For a simple threading they have 2 rates, $10 for normal growth and $15 for more growth or changeover whatever they call it. Just because its conveniently in a mall, charging $15 for just eyebrows is ridiculous. Also they are not very friendly. I saw them giving a worn out $10 bill to a lady and when she asked that to be changed they resisted so much, gave her a different one and made faces. They have recently renovated and shifted opposite to their old store’s location and dnt knw how much they are charging now. I would go to Khubsoorat in El Camino Real for $10 rather than doing here.
