My regular lady wasn’t there today and the person who did my eyebrows did a HORRIBLE job. Prior to starting the threading I told her I wanted the shape of my eyebrow done and she said okay, once she was done one eyebrow looked curved and the other looked more narrow. I told her I wanted the shape on BOTH eyebrows and she claimed she couldn’t do it due to my “hair not growing properly”. I have came here for years and everytime they’ve done it the right way up until now. I’m not sure what she misunderstood but I will never be coming back here again. Horrible experience, very rude lady and insanely stubborn.

Definitely do not recommend I clearly told THICK. She left one thinner than the other and a bald spot. Worst part of all she was really rude after i told her one was was thinner than the other. Eyebrow threading

Shaping wasn’t bad but technique was awful! I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 10 years so I know how it should feel and how my skin reacts. Whatever she was doing was awful, it hurts about three times as much as it does at my usual place! I left with red welts all over my face! Won’t be going back!

Horrible experience, I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for about 8 years now and today was just hands down terrible. It usually hurts when getting them done, but today was extreme. From the thread snapping on my face and her smacking me, to uneven eyebrows, horrible redness, and cuts all over my forehead. I’m not even sure how that happened, but I had cuts everywhere. Will definitely not be going back.

My eyebrows were very uneven but she said it was good. I looked in the mirror and showed where was uneven. She seemed annoyed and I asked her to look at her own eyebrows, would she do hers like she did mines and be ok? She now changed her demeanor and corrected them to where they were decent.
