I have been going here since this place opened and this review is long overdue! Sharon does a fantastic job at eyelashes, threading, and waxing. I walk out of there looking like a brand new woman! She is able to nicely arch my brows and my lashes stay on for WEEKS! Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

Me and my daughter went today and we had the worst experience. Not only is our eyebrows uneven and doesn’t match she also cut me several times. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for several years and have never experienced this. Will never go back.

If I could put something lower than a one star I would this place doesn’t even deserve one star. Customer service is terrible and the ladies who work there are so rude and unprofessional as well as the manager. Went to get my eyebrows done 6 months ago and they destroyed my eyebrows and made them so thin and even took some of my skin off by my eyebrows and once I told them they messed it up their solution was “fill them in” and they did not even apologize or seem to feel bad. Not only have they done this to me but multiple people I know who have been here. Came back and made me wait to then tell me they can’t do my eyebrows because I didn’t like them before. I definitely do not recommend coming here at all.

The young lady at rhis location was the rudest experience that I’ve ever had. I normally ha ethe same person so my eyebrows for consistency. The lady that was was there was angry abd REFUSED to do my eyebrows and racially profiled me saying that I would have together first in ordee to receive service. She also was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL while YELLING at me in the middle of the location in Orland Park. I will NEVER return there. I have always gone there but will NEVER spend another dime there and won’t stop until I find the owner for a formal complaint.

They are horrible, i tried once and will never be returning. messed up the shape of my eyebrows, she barely even tried. she took no time or effort to do them. Do yourself a favor and don’t go there!

Extremely rude, pulled the skin of my eyebrow, and claimed that it was due to my “sensitive skin”, and raised her voice when I called her out on it. Absolutely horrible customer relation skills. I’m never coming here again, and would never recommend anyone else to go there. Deserves no stars, fortunately for her, 1 is the lowest.
