Critical: QualitySo, I’ve gone here in the past for eyebrow threading and typically walk away happy. Well, recently I went in to get eyelash lift and tint, a new service they offer. The cost was reasonable, compared to another place I usually go to. However, the outcome was not great. My lashes are not even lifted one bit but the tint took fine. My other issue the tint stained parts of my skin under my eyes and over eyelid. I’ve never had this happen. Definitely won’t return for eyelash lift/tint. So, I’ve gone here in the past for eyebrow threading and typically walk away happy. Well, recently I went in to get eyelash lift and tint, a new service they offer. The cost was reasonable, compared to another place I usually go to. However, the outcome was not great. My lashes are not even lifted one bit but the tint took fine. My other issue the tint stained parts of my skin under my eyes and over eyelid. I’ve never had this happen. Definitely won’t return for eyelash lift/tint. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, ValueI give this place a 4 I’ve been going for about 4 months now and I really like how they thread my eyebrows, they hurt like a b&)&)@ but they always end up looking clean and I usually tip them $5 cuz it’s so good. The one negative I don’t like is that they don’t use gloves but I mean how can you even grab a thread by a gloves? Anyways I also don’t like how they leave some peices of hair out but I just pluck them when I get home. I give this place a 4 I’ve been going for about 4 months now and I really like how they thread my eyebrows, they hurt like a b&)&)@ but they always end up looking clean and I usually tip them $5 cuz it’s so good. The one negative I don’t like is that they don’t use gloves but I mean how can you even grab a thread by a gloves? Anyways I also don’t like how they leave some peices of hair out but I just pluck them when I get home. Overall love this place

I came to this eyebrow place with my sister since the other place was closed and we wanted to try this place out. The ladies here don’t know how to do eyebrows at all. Shape wise or even just cleaning them up. Whatever she was doing to my eyebrows ended up looking like she didn’t do anything they still look bushy.
