Critical: ProfessionalismI have been coming here for about 4 years now off and on. They’re ok with eyebrows, depending on who you get. With waxing I usually have one lady who does my Brazilian and body. Once right before my engagement party, I came to do my arms and legs. She had another woman help here. Needless to say, I left with a purple welt on the inside of my elbow that lasted a couple of weeks. They’ve hurt me several times in waxing because they remove the strips at times in the wrong direction. This not only causes paid, but bruising as well. Once i was burned because the wax was way too hot. I have come back regardless because they are close to my home and sometimes they take me when I’m in a hurry and I can’t make appointments elsewhere. I just come in in hopes that the last person who made a mistake isn’t there this time around. However, for that reason also I must complain. I came in for threading and waxing. The one woman that time took me right away. She did my threading first and I went in the back room to get ready for my waxing. As I was waiting for her, she took two other customers to thread as I was waiting a long time to be taken care of. Usually if it’s only one woman working, they ask customers to return in half n hour or so if they are busy with a client. I have been coming here for about 4 years now off and on. They’re ok with eyebrows, depending on who you get. With waxing I usually have one lady who does my Brazilian and body.
