I’ve never used this salon but what I can say is I was greeted poorly over the phone. I asked if I could schedule an appointment to get my eyebrows threaded and the woman I was speaking with proceeded to tell me she had an opening at 2:30 and 5:00 pm available. I told her I would take the 2:30 pm slot. When I asked her the price, she apologized and told me they were not taking any new Clients. I asked her what she meant and she told me there was a waiting list for eyebrow threading but she just told me she had availability?! She never even offered another day to come in. She just said “Okay, goodbye!” And hung up. Pretty rude and a reflection of their professionalism. I guess they’ve reached their limit capacity for new clients and don’t need anymore new business! That’s totally fine because I will gladly take my business elsewhere! ✌️

I have been coming here for over a year and am so pleased with the work that is done. My eyebrows were uneven when I first started coming and I was told to let them grow out and to not tweeze them so that we could eventually, with time, make them even. I let them grow, I did not tweeze them and I can now say that thanks to Eyebrow Designer, I get compliments on the shape of my eyebrows so often and I am more than pleased with her work! Definitely worth a visit – you’ll keep coming back! She is so talented.

1/3/23 you have a lot nerve: I am no where near 70 or 80. You look terrible. You should look in the mirror. I did not tell you Miami. The teachers name is not Denise. You don’t listen. You are a phony and a fraud and 2023 will give you a what you deserve. I was in on Friday 12/30 not New Year’s eve. Also, my one eyebrow was thinner and then you made the thick one thinner than the thinner one. You are full of hot air and call everybody my love and gorgeous. Phony. You look much older and dumpy.
