Critical: ProfessionalismWhen I returned to the salon for my second visit someone had crossed out my appointment in the appointment book. After looking up my information and finding out that Gina was scheduled to perform my service I was informed that Gina was out of country. When I inquired about customer contact in the event of a technician needing to reschedule, the response was, “I am not responsible for that and the best I can do is take your number and see who might be available tomorrow.” To which of course, my response was no thank you! I may have considered a reschedule had I not witnessed a patron wait for an hour for a henna tattoo at my first visit to the salon. No one at the salon had a recollection of someone being scheduled for a henna tattoo and the technician responsible for doing them was not scheduled to work that day. Scheduling is obviously an ongoing issue for this establishment and there is no consideration for the customer when changes must be made. That is completely unacceptable, unprofessional and horrible for the customer’s experience! After looking up my information and finding out that Gina was scheduled to perform my service I was informed that Gina was out of country. Gina the Va-Gina Guru got my vajayjay all nice and smooth. And made me laugh the whole time. Which was a blessing as it was my first time and I was so nervous. Highly recommend their waxing services. I visited this salon today last minute without an appointment before my vacation to get a Brazilian and they were still so accommodating. They were so clean and efficient. Gina the Va-Gina Guru got my vajayjay all nice and smooth. And made me laugh the whole time. Which was a blessing as it was my first time and I was so nervous. Highly recommend their waxing services. Will be going back.

They limited the number of customers who entered the business. Further, they required face masks and gloves of all their customers.I was also getting permanent ink, and I was pleased with the experience and the care the staff displayed to make sure I was pleased with my ink.
