Walked in to this shop for the first time today at about 4:30pm. There were no other customers in the shop and the owner was on the phone talking about how “she’s done” and it was obviously A heated exchange. After standing in front of her for about 2-3 minutes (while she had this exchange) she made no effort to and the call. So I walked and she waved at me. This was Unprofessional and I would never go back. My prediction is that this shop won’t be in business long. I guess my take on it is, if they don’t really care about you being a customer what makes you think they care about what they do to you.

The lady was super fast rushing into the job. I specifically told her I wanted to just clean them and give a little shape. Don’t thin them out I hate thin eyebrows. She assured me she understood me. Apparently she did not as she thinned them and now I got ugly thin outdated eyebrows. I hope they will grow back fast and they will fill in. She never washed her hands between clients. There are no cleaning wipes anywhere or disinfectant gel. They charge extra $2 dollars to put lotion at the end. Which I didn’t care about and don’t want to put cheap lotion on my face. I’ve been to wow brows before on the east coast and they were very clean and thorough. They always either washed their hands or used wipes. They would wipe the area to be threaded clean before they worked in it and they also exchanged the thread from one client to another. I will never go back to Eyebrow Arch ever again. My upper lip got infected and swollen as well. The place was very hot and stuffy with no fans or any air circulating around.
