Positive: ValueI like my lashes. Quick and efficient. Skylar is great at communicating if there are any issues, she does her best to address it. My only issues I’ve experienced is the amount of lashes added on one lash the “fans”. It was a bit painful but didn’t cause any problem in the health of my lashes. I also work odd hours 7 days 12 hours so it’s hard to make time for an appointment. I had to find another tech but I didn’t want to. You wont be disappointed if you go there. I like my lashes. Quick and efficient. Skylar is great at communicating if there are any issues, she does her best to address it. My only issues I’ve experienced is the amount of lashes added on one lash the “fans”. It was a bit painful but didn’t cause any problem in the health of my lashes. Positive: QualitySkyler is sweet and funny. Very relaxing atmosphere. But the best part is the lashes are FABULOUS!!!! And she uses quality products. I have very sensitive skin and was nervous as this was my first lash extensions. She explained the glue is medical grade and I’ve had my first set and my first fill. Skyler is sweet and funny. Very relaxing atmosphere. But the best part is the lashes are FABULOUS!!!! And she uses quality products. I have very sensitive skin and was nervous as this was my first lash extensions. She explained the glue is medical grade and I’ve had my first set and my first fill. I wanted them to look very natural and that’s exactly what she did. I would highly recommend she is very clean and gentle doing her job. The quality of the lashes is very nice too they really do feel like natural lashes , after she did them my eyes weren’t even watery or burning like other places I’ve been. I love my lashes ! Skyler was so nice and she did a great job with my lashes , they are just like I wanted them to look . I wanted them to look very natural and that’s exactly what she did. I would highly recommend she is very clean and gentle doing her job. The quality of the lashes is very nice too they really do feel like natural lashes , after she did them my eyes weren’t even watery or burning like other places I’ve been. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityReally disappointed in this business since I saw a lot of decent reviews for them. Turns out they were just giving $10 off lashes if you have a 5 star review :).Long story short, my first appointment I scheduled for 11:30-12:30. Sky asked me to push it back to 12, which was fine, and she claimed it wouldn’t take the full hour anyways. I thought that’s kind of odd that lash extensions would take less than an hour but ok.Sky finally showed up at 12:30 – an hour later than my original appt time and proceeded to put on a full set of volume lashes in less than 20 min. My eyes watered so bad because she was out of gel pads for the bottom lash line and she didn’t care, she told me “beauty is pain” I thought the lashes were great because I didn’t know any better.Sadly, after a week half of my lashes fell out so I returned for a fill. Pain wasn’t as bad this time but she still didn’t have the under eye patches a week later? And she was running 30 min behind.After my fill everything was fine, until I started to experience a pinching sensation on my lash line. Long story short I had a range of 2-5 natural lashes clumped together into each fan, (why she was able to do the full set so fast), and my natural lashes are severely damaged one month before my wedding. I had to have the lashes removed by another lash tech and will never be returning.Is this girl even certified? Positive: QualityWhat else can I say aside from Sky gives me the most Beautiful Lashes!! Always has Always will! I use to travel an hour to get my lashes done, I will not use anyone else! I now travel TWO HOURS to get my lashes done. Do it, you won’t regret it! A wedding, graduation, just need a pick me up, GET YOUR LASHES DONE BY HER!!!!! ♥️
