I had the opportunity of taking the Classic Eyelash Extensions course with Latoya. She is an awesome instructor who is attentive and knowledgeable about lashes. Her expertise shows not only in her work but also in the classroom. The course offered hands on training with a live model, which is helpful in making one feel comfortable with lash application. I would recommend this course for anyone wanting to learn more about individual lashes and application.

Amazing, like where do I begin. I went for microblading I virtually have no eyebrows Toya brought me to life with her hair strokes. It looks natural, we haven’t even gotten to the second appointment yet which is covered with the price you pay at the first appointment. The shop was clean Toya and staff were friendly and welcoming. She really took her time with me and worked with me until we found a shape I loved. What more can I say? Definitely 5 stars.

I could not be more pleased with Eye Deux Studio – I was bit hessitant but I looked on the reviews and pictures on internet and I knew I am gonna be in good hands. Let me tell you studio is super clean and smells so good ( aromatherapy , calming music like really amazing and I am so not over reacting ). Ms. Latoya that did my microblading is truly exceptional artist she knows what she is doing – has such a friendly personality you will feel truly relaxed and in good hands. My eyebrows came out amazing ( and I am victim of over-plucking when young and just missing patches and generally a mess ) wish I could attach you here picture to this review so you would see how amazing change is. Most importantly my husband LOVED it – he noticed it and he said your face looks so pretty and happy and that is a win in my book. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH !!!

I have been going to Toya for many years now. She is a very sweet and caring person and in all honesty the BEST at what she does. She will do anything that she can for her clients sometimes even at the last minute. Toya makes you feel very comfortable on her table while you are getting any service she offers done. Her techniques are like no other and the way she makes my lashes look is awesome. My significant other WILL NOT allow anyone else to touch my lashes at all, only Toya. So If you are moving to this area or visiting and you are looking for a Lashologist look no further Toya is the BEST on the east coast. I recommend her to everyone.

The customer service and ambience was great during the visits. However,the aftermath wasn’t so good. I had microblading done and after the two sessions my brows look bad. The owner was very nice until I informed that my eyebrows were spotty and the strokes sparse in some areas. Once i said that i could feel the attitude change. I was told that “results vary.” So after $500 And two sessions I still have to fill them in until I can get them fixed by someone else. I wouldn’t recommend getting the microblading done by anyone who won’t stand by their work and make sure you’re satisfied.

I was so happy to find Toya at Eye Deux! I was only visiting and I had my eyelashes done before I came over, I was due for a fill before I moved on to another location for the holidays and I did not want them to shed out. Even before I spoke with Toya I felt like I found the right person to help me. When I called she must have been with a client because I got the voice mail message and after a few minutes I received a text message from her letting me know she did get my message and she would be calling me in a few minutes, I loved that! Once we talked and I explained my situation she was very informative and understanding (not many technicians will work on clients that have not had their full set put on by them) However, my original technician was certified by and used the same products as Toya so I knew her education and technique would be good. She sent me an email with her address and a confirmation email the day before my appointment. Getting to her was a little confusing because there is a lot of construction going on, on the main street in front of her business but thats not her fault. Her space is upstairs and when you walk in its very comforting, warm and clean! The experience was very relaxing and I loved the eye pads she used to hold down my bottom lashes, nice and cool and hydrating. Her technique was great, gentle and they look beautiful. This was my first time in Virginia Beach but it will not be my last so I am so happy to know I have someone I trust to go to whenever we are visiting. Thank you Toya!
