I am not sure if I simply caught Shannon on a bad day, but my experience with her was less than entirely pleasant. I went in a few months ago for lash extensions and have been thinking of writing a review for a while now, but have held off as I understand the ups and downs that being a solo entrepreneur can bring along with it. Nonetheless, as a business owner, it is of the highest importance to be welcoming to all patrons irrespective of who they are, where they are from, and what they look like. When I went in for my appointment with Shannon, she stared at me without saying a simple “hello” or “hi”. It was uncomfortable to say the least. I felt less than human, disrespected and as though my presence was not welcome in her space. I run a business myself and one of the most important factors to having a successful operation is your energy as the owner. And Shannon’s energy was one of disdain for a paying customer—whatever her reason may have been. I was on the verge of tears throughout the entire appointment as Shannon made me feel incredibly unwelcome and as though I did not belong. When she was finished with my lashes, she muttered if I would like to book another appointment, again with the same degree of disdain and unwelcome demeanor that she projected towards me at the start of our interaction. While I left feeling hurt, unwelcome, and uncomfortable, I ultimately feel sorry for Shannon that she would neglect the principle of treating all persons with equal consideration and care. It is money lost and a reputation tainted.

I do modeling part time and all the make up artists I’ve worked with comment on how good and natural mine look.Shannon also does amazing work on my hair, she uses quality products and truly is an artist. I went to a different hairstylist once out of nearly 10 years and learned a BIG lesson — she is the only one that I’ll let touch my hair. I don’t typically leave reviews but I am finally satisfied with my lashes. I have been to several chains and some small businesses seeking quality lash services and I believe I finally found the one. The quality of the lash is equally as important as the stylist and I’ll give Shannon 10 stars for going above and beyond on both. I will forever be a client.

I get so many compliments on my eyelashes! Shannon does an amazing job making me look good. I tried a few other places and there is no comparison in the quality of my eyelashes.
