Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityMy wife and I called in asking to set an appointment and they kept telling us just to call later in the day. Turns out that they have people no show so they don’t like setting appointments, fair I guess. But still very hard to communicate with the staff.We arrive at the time we said and I think I know why people didn’t show. It was in a sketchy little house with no indication other than the address it was the place.We go in and there was really bad communication. One lady told us to wait 30 minutes (after we scheduled a time) and the other said we could do it now.The place was a little run down and smelt weird but hey I wanted a massage, my eyes would be closed most of the time so who cares?Well my wife and I get ready to strip down to our birthday suits and they ask if we have cash. Nowhere on the website or during our time talking to them did they indicate cash was needed. Plus I’m not sure a lot of people carry around $150 dollars in cash on a normal day.Well clothes back on and off we go.
