I searched on Facebook for a hair color appointment, and Janet Sipp responded, sent me a text, saying she could do it, and even quoted me a price, starting at $105. She briefly explained the process. She said to call because she had a few questions before we could proceed. So, I called and spoke to Janet, and made an appointment for 5 days later, july 15 at 10:00 am. I arrived there a half an hour early, very excited to have my hair highlighted. She seemed annoyed when I said I made an appointment with her 5 days before. She made me feel unwelcomed, and I felt like I was intruding.She seemed to have no idea what I was talking about, and said that I must of talked to another stylist, not her. She then said she could fit me in later on that day. What kind of customer service is that? I will not be back, and do not recommend this salon. I went to the salon at Walmart east, and was treated very well and they did an excellent job. Extremedies Salon, you also lost a $40.00 tip.I am extremely disappointed. I am extremely disappointed. I searched on Facebook for a hair color appointment, and Janet Sipp responded, sent me a text, saying she could do it, and even quoted me a price, starting at $105.
