I want to say all the ppl.who have posted bad reviews need to stop. This salon and family are the best. The entire family works !!! From oldest to youngest it’s a ” FAMILY OWED BUSINESS and if we all stuck together and worked together like they do, we would all be great. I started going to them 5 yrsvaho and have become apart of their family as well.they are apart of mine. We mingle outside of the salon. They don’t see color they see people. Best family run business I have ever seen will always be my salon.

Accompanied my wife to do her nails over 30mins wait and never got any serviced after being asked to pick a color…. We left after the 40mins wait. They have underaged kids working doing nails as well as other task. Even with that they don’t seem to find the time to take care of their customers. On top of everything there is an obvious racial preference here. Hate to say it but that is the truth. 2022 and these kinds of places keep reminding us where we are and how we look like……….. Disgusted

I popped in one day. They did a great job so I keep coming back. Thank you for your continuous good work and friendly staff. They offer gel, color powder, spa pedicure, facials and waxing. It’s best if you call ahead and make an appointment. That way you don’t have to wait or come back later. They can get busy…because they’re good.

They don’t know how to do classic French style even thought you asked three different times they prefer to do it on their own but expect you to pay them full price and the nails I did today was not what I asked for this is the second time they messed it up so won’t be coming back here anymore!! I have been using the services of Extreme Nails for a few years. The last several months I have made appointments to avoid a long wait. It seems having an appointment doesn’t matter, they are short staffed and over booking. I will no longer be using their services. Pedicure, Dip powder

Theyve been under new management for a while now and honestly, theyre the best! They make sure im comfortable and satisfied. They offer complimentary drinks as well as spectacular customer service. I actually was eating a cookie and it broke everywhere! I felt really bad but they were super fine with it. Not angry at all.

I (black woman)came in for SNS and a pedicure. One of the ladies asked what color and told me to choose my color on the wall so I did. I went to sit down and a male employee said sit at the pedicure bowl. No towels no water nothing but I sat there with my legs to the side. About 5 minutes later a female employee walks up puts a towel down and says put your feet here all rude but I let it slide. After that she starts to soak my nails in the foil wrap. I sat there for 20 minutes after that and mind you my feet are still on top of the pedicure bowl with no water in it or acknowledgment of me even being there. I started pulling the foil off and I told the male employee next to me who was doing another ladies pedicure that seems like they are really busy how much longer does he think it will be and I will just come back another time he said ok. Literally 3 seconds later another lady (white woman) walked in and said she wanted SNS and a Pedi he quickly told her he is almost done and will be less than 5 minutes. I sat next to that man for 20 minutes and he never said anything to me even after I explained to him how busy they were so read between the lines……. I will never return they do not respect us.
