Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I can leave less than one star review I would. First I called up there to see how much the prices were to get my nails done and I was told one price then after I got up there and it took two and a half hours to do my nails the price more than doubled. The lady who had given me their prices went to another room to take a nap apparently because she was snoring very loudly. After two and a half hours sitting there getting my nails done and then being charged more than double what I was told it was going to cost after I left I began to observe my nails a little more than I did while I was there and notice that the nails were not even, they were clumpy, none of them were cut to match and overall the whole set was terrible. I called back up to the salon to ask about their pricing since I feel like I was overcharged for something that definitely was not worth what I paid and I was told that each technician has their own pricings and that if I wanted it cheaper I should have asked for someone that isn’t as good as she was. First off she was the only one there so she was the only option. Second, she was so unorganized a good amount of the time it took was her digging in boxes to find everything just to do my nails.Overall, had I known then what I know now I would have definitely saved my $70 and gone anywhere else. I truly feel like I was ripped off and wasted my time and money and ended up with a sloppy nail job and not even close to satisfied or pleased. I went to the salon as a walk in they seemed to be busy. The lady that attended me said she was booked that day so I told her to book my appointment for the next day around the same time. I texted her the same day as my “appointment” she replied quickly saying they would be able to take care of me. When I got to the salon for my “appointment” I was told I had to wait 1 hour.
