They do good work I like the way they shaped my nails they look more natural because I don’t wear really long ones because of my job and sometimes they actually give me a break on how many nails I break because I often come in with broken nails from my work but the service is fast. You don’t have to spend half the day waiting to get your nails done like you doing some nail shops and the service is good. Ever since I’ve been there because my other nail shop was full I changed it started going the extra nail because they go the extra length to make sure you’re satisfied I never feel bad about tipping because they deserve it. I usually stick with the same person Jenny and she’s awesome. There’s other people there qualified as well but once I find a good person I like to deal with the same person regularly.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityWorst customer service EVER!!! I been going to this shop for over 3 years. My usual nail tech was not in(she moved to the Southside and no longer works there to find out, great for her because that place is beneath her). So they told me appointment only. They wasn’t busy, only one customer was there getting a pedi. So when I pointed at the sign that says walk ins. The owner comes and tell me no one wants to do my nails. Never had any words with any nail tech, never skipped a bill and i always tip my nail techs. So i asked y? And she told me I want too much done. Joke right. Nope, they was serious lol the nail techs there now are the worst. The male tech talks all day and his work looks like a 1st grader painted yo nails. All the techs there are lazy, they really only wanna service people who are getting manicures (less work). Your nails will be uneven, crooked and lumpy.. I have been getting my nails done at this shop for many years, but that all changed today. The lady that does my nails was on vacation so I decided to get my nails removed until she returned. The owner (Jenny) told me they did not have time to remove my nails so I told her I would wait. The next customer walks in and immediately received service before me. At that point I told her to tell Helen that I will not be getting my nails done at that shop any longer. I drove down the street to Apple Nail Spa and I am happy that I decided to give them a shot at doing my nails. The employees are very friendly and all customers are welcomed. Also, their pedicures are more like a spa pedicure. The shop is very nice and clean with way more options available to you. Apple Nail Spa also has free WiFi.

Have gone here a few times before but today was by far the worst experience. All of my nails are different sizes and shapes. It took the woman an entire hour and a half to complete my nails and then she charged me an extra fee for length and did not mention that would be extra at all and I have never been charged this fee before when going there. Would not recommend them, there are several other nail places to try. Obviously have learned my lesson considering they have other bad reviews as well. If you do go, make sure you get the woman who wears the white coat. She’s the only good one.

So yesterday(Monday December 28) I went to go get my nails done and I didn’t really have a good experience like I thought so this is why I’m giving this place a bad rating. So I walk into the nail place yesterday at about 6:40 and I say hello and nobody creates me so I go wash my hands some girl comes out you can go to chair for I say okay. AsI’m sitting at chair Force he takes my polish off and she says oh you got Christmas I reply yeah she says Christmas is over I say I know thank you Then about 5 minutes later she says well she taps my hand rudely and says you need to come sooner we close at 7:00 I said oh really I thought you guys close at 7:30 she says no it’s 7:00. So immediately I go to my phone I look at the website sure enough it’s test 7:30 and I was like no you guys close at 7:30. So I get done at about 7:15 and I go under the dryer and I’m sitting there and I’m like wow this is very rude of this lady to do that to me so I sit down to the dryer and I say to think to myself I’m going to be done in like 2 minutes meanwhile the girls are getting their jackets on they’re ready to close it’s 7:20 it’s still not 7:30 yet. So I get upget my stuff together and I say good night to the girls and one girl I said oh yeah you close at 7:30 have a good night and I kind of walk out and slam the door. I find it very rude that let lady rudely hit me on my hand I don’t appreciate that.
