I came in as a first timer to hair extensions. I asked for a full weave with a frontal closure. My time there conversing while I was getting my hair done was alright. Customer service wasn’t the greatest to start things off. She kept leaving the room , walking away or constantly answering the phone. She charged me $700.00. ….Now with the reviews I read and considering the price,…I was expecting amazing quality and installment from what others were saying, not to mention the price. Let’s just say I was way wrong!! What a disappointment. The next day after getting my weave installed , my tracks were falling out. My hair I purchased from her was 2 different colors and my closure was a completely different color from the rest and looks a bit plasticy… My tracks were loose, my closure was not tied down…now, a day later pulls all the way back. I called and emailed her to discuss these issues and for her to redeem herself by fixing this but $700 later and a weave I’m shy to show to others…she ghosted me. An exciting experience anticipated turned into beyond disappointment

When I need to book an appointment, she is quick to respond and very accommodating. When I needed to get some micro beads removed before an MRI, she came in on a Sunday to take them out. I got them done in April, now it’s October and I’m going to get them removed, trim the ends of my actual hair and eventually go up to 34inches! I came back one time and forgot that I had to do a consultation again because I was getting new hair but she helped out right then and there. Lilian have so much years experience & is highly educated when she was telling me all different kinds of way to get extensions done. I was beyond impressed with what she knew!
