Great salon. No issues, friendly staff. I always see Monika great personality and attitude. Always gives her opinion when I ask her what I want and when I ask “what do you think”?. That to me is a great stylist. I have changed my hair color with her so many times. The blow dry always last on my hair and that being said I have crazy nappy curls. I do not do keratin treatment but the way she blow drys my hair seems like I do keratin.

When The Stylist Eric was disappointed with a few highlights he placed in my hair he offered to redo it for free within a week. I returned in a week’s time and he redid the highlights. The owner manager at the front desk demanded that I pay for the redo which was to be free. The manager call the stylist and asked him if it was to be free and I believe the stylus is afraid and stated that he never said such a thing. The manager started to raise his voice and it was a very unpleasant occurrence.

Very nice professionals and salon is in a great location! Be careful and leave early for your appointment in order to find good parking. These people were very kind and even served me coffee. The only suggestion I’d make is to get someone to clean up the hair even when the place is busy, then the place will look super sharp. I love the genuine touch of class that came with my hair color! Thank you for increasing my confidence!!

Eric is my favorite! Prices are too high, cost me over $400 to get my hair done. I love when they have promotions on Groupon, but the ads offer limited services and aren’t shown that often 🙁

I drive about 45 minutes for this appointment. I have been here 4 times for the keratin treatment. It is easy to get an appointment, but they are usually running late. Like 3 out of 4 times, even after I call to confirm that they are on time. Yes, you get charged $30 over the groupon price for hair length. The customer service is ok, and the price even with the upcharge is still pretty competitive. Out of my 4 appointments, I did not like the results once, the results were ok once and I loved the results twice. So after this last appointment, I decided that I will not be making the trip for a 50-50 chance that I will like the results of the hair treatment I am paying for. However, if you live close, then the salon is probably worth a shot.

I’ve been coming to this hair salon for years. I’ve had treatments done on my hair such as keratin, color, highlights, and most recently extensions. I LOVE IT! Not once have I had a negative experience. Everyone is very friendly and always willing to accommodate you. I definetly recomend Extensions Dreams Hair Salon.

I spent $600 on my hair here. It was extensions and keratin treatment. My extensions were showing and I didn’t even get the color I wanted, on top of that my hair color and the extension color didn’t match. But, cherry on top, they said it was suppose to last 6 months, but I ended up having to cut all my hair off because of the clumps of tangles in my hair that were caused because of the extensions. I have a big tangle in the bottom of my head that I am gonna be forced to cut off, and it’s gonna show. So I have to wait for my hair to grow back. I don’t go back to them because I don’t wanna go off on no one. This review should be Enough. Horrible horrible horrible save your money and don’t go here! Ugh so mad! Forgot to mention I almost passed out from the fumes from the keratin . I have had keratin before and I never experienced that. Just terrible I should sue.

I almost died when I visited this salon. First, they tried to upsale you a $100 Keratin because they try to convince you that “your hair is not good hair”. so Organic keratin will not work on your type of hair.
