A lifelong learner, I continually pursue training and education to earn certifications in a variety of specialties such as Active Isolated Stretching, deep tissue work and cupping. My passion for helping others heal inside and out remains the foundation for my work. That’s because I have a strong belief that self-care is an absolute must in today’s busy world.
