for the most part my experiences are great but recently I went there, told the woman I wanted to keep my brows as thick as possible and when she was done I see my eyebrows are a complete different shape and in fact thinner… when a client says they want to keep their eyebrows thick DO NOT CHANGE THE SHAPE OR TAKE A LOT OFF THE BROW. I now have to regrow my brows, again. Which takes months. They need to slow down while working and not try to rush you out of there I feel like thats where a lot if the mistakes come into play. And they actually listen to the customer.

I have been coming here for years. However, after my last experience I won’t be coming back. I expressed I only wanted my eye brows cleaned up and not overly shaped. I had overly tweezed years ago so it has taken me so long to get them fuller. Unfortunately I received the exact opposite and it’s going to to take me forever to grow them back. They are very overly shaped and so thin. It almost looks as though I have a surprised expression on my face because of how overly shaped they are. I’m not sure if it was a lack of training or just not listening to what I wanted. Either way this is something that is going to take a long time to fix.

I go here as a walk in to get my eyebrows threaded, they are always super kind and tend to be pretty quick and available when I come in! I usually go on sundays which helps with the availability. Additionally they always ask to make sure I am satisfied with how things turned out when they finish and are willing to make adjustments before I leave the chair.

I’ve been coming here for several years now and have seen many different people I don’t have a regular person but today when I went in I am now going to see the same person EVERYTIME. Dina was great to me & my eyebrows never look bad when I leave but this time they looked AMAZING! I have very thick curly Italian eyebrows so usually it really hurts when I get them done but when she did it actually didn’t hurt at all! I’m very happy & pleased with her service she gave me tonight… going to her from now on. I just have one concern I’ve been going here for awhile now like I said a couple of years & I know they have some reward/point program and I haven’t received anything from it since I’ve started with them and I’ve been coming consistently so a little concerned with that but besides that love it here!!
