My friend and I went in for gel manicure and pedi’s. Service was not that great, it was slow and the manicurist kept taking phone calls and painting outside the nail. Only to find a day later the nail polish started fading away on two of my nails and one of my friend who has had long nails forever, they broke off. I called to speak to a Manager and her response was make a appointment and I fix for free…did she think I would pay 151.00 again. No thanks. Will not be returning. Pictures a day later.

The customer service was horrible. I had to wait an hour between getting a pedicure and manicure because they didn’t have enough staff… on a Sunday. Enough said. They got an attitude with me because I didn’t make an appointment when it doesn’t have it stated that is a requirement. They also failed to tell me I would have to wait that long in between my services. There was no interaction with me but I noticed customers who had appointments were treated better. I just left the salon after purchasing my spa pedicure. I am not satisfied at all. The woman didn’t shape my nails just clipped them way too short, after I told her she may trim them and shape them, not cut them down. The pedicure was great until she started to polish my nails the lines were thick (for a french manicure) and uneven. the polish was gobbed on and caked to my skin when I was told the pedicure was done. When I walked up to the register to pay she lectured me how their boss “jacks” (her word) fifty percent of the credit card tip from her. She then TOLD me to go to Giant to get cash for her tip. She actually demanded more money if I wasn’t going to get cash. I have been to your salon before and never had a bad experience. I had my son with me so getting a do-over wasn’t an option. I am furious and I will not be back. The tipping policy is between her and her boss. It’s not any of my business and maybe if she doesn’t like the policies in which she was hired under than she should work somewhere else.

I came home from college and went to get my nails done with my mom. I got a full set with gel. The lady took forever to do my nails and kept stopping to talk to other clients. My nails looked terrible and got messed up after a few days. Back at college I went to a different nail place and asked them to fix my nails. The technician asked me if he could just start over Because he didn’t know how to fix the mess done at exquisite.

They told me one price when I walked through the door and charged me another. When I asked why I was being charged more than mentioned they denied the whole thing and walked away. They rushed not only mine but the two peoples mani-pedis they did, and charged me extra to NOT give a proper pedicure to a child. All they did was soak her feet in water and they told me it was 10$ extra. Absolutely rude and waste of time and money. They seemed to be more concerned with their time than customer satisfaction. Also they did not offer new/clean tools like most salons.

I would highly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone! The staff is very welcoming and polite. I came in with a dye disaster and Michelle was able to give me the look I was originally going for- and she was very efficient. This salon will be my go-to for any hair needs I have!

I spent 5 minutes waiting to be even addressed. The receptionist was outside on the front bench talking on the phone the entire time. One employee literally walked by me twice before leaving for the day. I saw another sitting in her chair playing on the phone. I still had no one even greet me when I left. Not anywhere close to the relaxing experience I associate with a quality salon and actually made me feel worse than when I got there.
