Critical: Professionalism, QualityI received brow tenting and it looks like she used a sharpie marker. I am not happy with the results. She over plucked and waxed my brows. The tinted curve was without an proper arch and way too long. I didn’t want to pay but I also didn’t want to make a bigger scene and have the police called. As the manager, she wasn’t willing to make things right. She kept saying “Too late, too late.” I was referred to her shop, never ever again. She’s also known for taking photos of her clients and posting them on social media without the client’s permission. This happened to my niece, we want her to remove the pictures from Facebook asap. Bad customer service, unprofessional and poor talent. Don’t go to this shop. I received brow tenting and it looks like she used a sharpie marker. I am not happy with the results. She over plucked and waxed my brows. The tinted curve was without an proper arch and way too long. I didn’t want to pay but I also didn’t want to make a bigger scene and have the police called. When I told her I needed regular polish due to being allergic to gel she gets an attitude and says “ it’s still going to be the same price” and I say “ that doesn’t change the fact that I am allergic”. Will never go there again. Tech was having a heated conversation with I guess her husband and made my nail one sided. When I told her I needed regular polish due to being allergic to gel she gets an attitude and says “ it’s still going to be the same price” and I say “ that doesn’t change the fact that I am allergic”.
