Not cheap. Messed up my bill . Two of my nails broke within 1 week and the toenail polish chipped early as well. When I had my toenail polish changed despite me telling her I had a fused ankle with restricted movement, she kept trying to force it to flex and move and seemed irritated . I really needed to get my nails done and I dont normally come here. I dont think the guy who did my nails knew what he was particularly doing. The nail color is really really cool but my nails are SUPER thick and he didnt clear the polish under my nails. He really chewed my nails up and didnt clean around my nails. He kept adjusting my hand, kept awnsering his phone and telling me to wait, ended up knicking me 3 times, and the woman doing someone else’s nails right behind me was talking SO loud. Like literally right in my ear. I will not be coming back to this shop and will drive the extra 30 minutes to my regular place in huntersville.

BEWARE; THE FACILITY USES UNSTERILIZED TOOLS! If I could give negative stars, I would. I visited the salon for a pedicure and foot massage on 5/24/2022 and was in the hospital emergency room soon after with feet, toes, legs and ankles infection due to unsanitary conditions. This establishment has left me ill and on my back and in pains for months now.

I have been going to this nail salon for a few years. I have drifted away a few times to try other salon’s but always find my way back. This salon may not be perfect but what salon is? My husband received his first pedicure with Kim and he will not go anywhere else. I also received my first lash extension and nail design at this salon.
