Critical: ProfessionalismI just recently moved to Meridian a few months ago so I was looking for a nail salon that had good reviews. This seemed to be the one! Everyone I spoke to over the phone when booking my appointment was very kind and polite. On Tuesday at 3:30 I went for my pedicure and unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience. I did not know until later when I was looking at the “menu” that someone had posted on Yelp, that I was supposed to get to pick my pedicure. I also was not aware that I was supposed to receive complementary wine. The pedicure seemed very rushed, under 20 minutes for a full pedicure. I was very surprised at this. As I was leaving I was told to “pick a better color next time” because I like neutral colors for my nails. I also was given an attitude because I smudged my nail when she was trying to put my shoe on. She also asked personal questions about whether I got the covid vaccine and lectured me about my fertility with the vaccine. I was hoping to message someone via Facebook instead of writing this review, but that wasn’t an option. I would love to give the business another try at some point, but overall I am very disappointed and upset that I paid money for this experience. I just recently moved to Meridian a few months ago so I was looking for a nail salon that had good reviews. This seemed to be the one! Everyone I spoke to over the phone when booking my appointment was very kind and polite. On Tuesday at 3:30 I went for my pedicure and unfortunately I was very disappointed with my experience. Positive: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueThey were very friendly and seemed to actually care what I wanted and would ask me if I liked it before they continued. This is the first time out of all the times I have gotten my nails done that they didn’t hurt me! I highly suggest going here!Services: Nail art, Gel manicures

My appointment was at 12 noon, and I needed to get my acrylic set soaked off. I sat there for 45 minutes to an hour before anyone checked on me. When I finally got checked on, the lady was rude and I had to be helped by someone else. She polished my nails and finished my cuticles off with rubbing alcohol instead of cuticle oil, which I thought was a red flag. About two days later after getting my nails polished with gel, it started chipping like they’ve been polished for weeks. First walking into the building, I was struck down by the overwhelming smell of acetone and nail polish. My appointment was at 12 noon, and I needed to get my acrylic set soaked off. I sat there for 45 minutes to an hour before anyone checked on me. When I finally got checked on, the lady was rude and I had to be helped by someone else. I wasn’t told if I could take the polish ring to the chairs. It felt weird and uncomfortable there. I removed my name from the list and left.
