I went here because I had a groupon for a wash, cut, and dry. It started off fine, but then the more I paid attention, the cutting seemed more amateur. When she was done, the cape was removed and I was sent on my way. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized the damage had been done. It’s uneven by inches and there’s a chunk of hair that was a good inch too long. I had to go to another salon to fix it.

I was a customer at this salon today, and I must say I’m happy with the outcome of my hair! She was quick at doing a full foil yet made sure everything was perfect as she was moving along. The young lady that did my hair did a great job. As a side note her eyes/lashes are very beautiful. She inspired me to want to get my lashes done in the future! Haha

Critical: ProfessionalismI purchased a Groupon for highlights and a cut. The Groupon stated it was available for immediate use. I called the salon at 10:00AM. To set an appointment. A woman answered the phone “heeeellllooo” sounded as if she had been sleeping. I had to ask if I had reached exquisite movement- I requested an appt. she put me on hold then advised that they were not accepting Groupons until after the new year. I explained that the Groupon had no mention of blocked out dates. She simply said, ask for a refund and disconnected the call. Hands down one of the best haircut I have ever had…I have a difficult style to cut and it was done perfectly. Also had eyelashes done and they are flawless too.. everyone is super friendly and actually vant wait to go back for a full in and trim..thanks ladies for a great experience..cassandra
