Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityThis salon is completely unprofessional. The hairdresser Liz never showed up to the appointment. I arrived and waited 15 mins until I was told by the owner that I wouldn’t be able to get my hair cut. I have no idea why, he just said that he’s going to have a serious discussion with the hairdresser. Seriously? I took time off work and couldn’t believe how unprofessional the salon was. No one notified me beforehand and no one offered to book me for a next appointment. They should have at minimum offered a discount. Instead I was met with a non-caring and indifferent attitude. This salon is completely unprofessional. The hairdresser Liz never showed up to the appointment. I arrived and waited 15 mins until I was told by the owner that I wouldn’t be able to get my hair cut. I went to this hair salon a few weeks ago for my second hair cut and color with them. My first experience, roughly 6 months ago, was very positive. However after this last appointment I’ve recently noticed that my hair has started to become brittle where the color treatment was done and has begun falling out! I have been coloring my hair my whole life and this has never happened.

My mother and I came in for haircuts. Caught off guard by the the cost: $180. I thought this price was pretty steep for the stylist’s technical skills. My mother asked for a shorter cut and even after cutting it twice, my mom left the salon with practically the same length hair as she came in with.
