Absolutely loved it! I’m very picky/hesitant going to salons, as there’s not too many salons in this area that knows how to handle my hair texture. But Ms.Karen & Ms.Jen were very gentle with my hair and not rough at all(which is a plus for me because my scalp is sensitive).

I cannot say enough about our experience at this incredible Salon. My 17 year old daughter wanted to cut her very very long hair very short. Time for a change. I researched salons, read so many reviews. I found Karen. We exchanged texts, and pictures of my daughter then we talked. Karen asked just the right questions and knew how to help us donate the hair to a reputable organization. I knew she was the perfect woman for the task. She’s insightful, caring, kind, courteous and so genuine. Karen and Jen were very welcoming when we arrived, we didn’t wait at all, they worked as a team. My daughter was listened to, given options, honest well thought out opinions and treated with respect. Karen left my daughters hair a little longer so she could get the feel for it, later in the day she decided a little shorter was what she wanted. Karen worked her right back in. My daughter is so thrilled! Thrilled is really an understatement. Karen even called to check in and make sure my daughter was happy the evening after her cut. Such a nice touch. We’ve found our new salon. I highly recommend Exquisite Hair!

This place is so awesome! I just moved and I needed something different. Miss Karen is so sweet and outgoing. The girls make you feel like family. Jennifer did an amazing job on my hair color and cut. She took her time and she is so sweet. I do not regret coming here one bit. Thank you again guys

Very clean Salon. The owner and associates are awesome. They care about your hair. They make you feel comfortable and they have the best products. Yoyr hair will have a shimmering shine and your hair will look so healthy. Awesome salon to get you hair done.

I took my daughter here for a haircut and was shocked to find out that this salon is still requiring masks. This was never told to me on the phone otherwise I would have not wasted my time driving there. I declined a mask and they were extremely rude. I asked them why they were still requiring masks and their reasoning was that if an infected person is sitting under the hair dryer they could spread germs throughout the salon. My daughter was not using a hair dryer. Masks are not even required in airports anymore. This makes no sense.

I called these people based on previous reviews. I’m a “snowbird” who simply needed someone to follow my cut, and trim 8 weeks off my thick curly hair. I was treated as if I was a regular customer. They did an excellent job, and although I will only visit them once a year, I will definitely be back. Thank you. Haircut

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueDirty sink with multiple different peoples hair in it. I thought she would clean that before asking me to put my head back but she didn’t. Choppy cuts in my hair, that you can see weather it is up or down.I haven’t gotten a hair cut this bad in a very long time. She did not blow dry my hair before I left so it was hard to see how bad it turned out until I got home. I’m going to have to find another salon that can fix my hair. She did say I had a week to come back for fixes but I would go back there if I was paid to do so.DEEPLY disappointed.There was a section of my hair that I asked her to thin out and instead of going in and thinning it out they were just blunt horizontal cuts that do not blend and made that section short, creating an awkward look that I haven’t figured out how to hide.Going to a work event this morning wishing I could go back in time and just have the hair I had yesterday.People that worked there were complaining about customers not wanting to come in at certain times that would have worked better for them, unprofessional awkward vibe. I should have just listened to that and left.Hair takes way too long to grow back and it is expensive to pay someone else way more just to attempt to fix what my hair now is. If I can figure out how to add pics I will.My suggestion is find a different place.
