They were able to fit me in it and I really appreciate that. I went for a permanent hair color, trim, and style March 19 th. They didn’t have my hair color but I was able to find a different color. Initially the application of the color looked nice and afterwards I was warned that when wet you wouldn’t be able to see it, but when dry you could. March 31st, My first wash two weeks after the color (Thursday) the color was coming out in the tub. Nonetheless, after styling and drying I could still see the color (Monday April 4th). By today April 6th the color is completely gone! I’m disappointed needless to say. Not sure what went wrong but in the future I would recommend doing a consultation before scheduling.
