Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI told her to not cut my cuticles but she did anyway knowing that I told her that my skin is sensitive. Then when I complained that my nail bed was bleeding she said that it was fine and I don’t need to worry about anything. She wouldn’t let me use my phone to call my own mother because it was getting to 7 o’clock and I’m under age. I am disgusted with the lack of patience this lady has. She made both of my thumbs bleed and also my pinky on my right hand. She refused to accommodate to my needs when I told her that this design seems a bit crooked it on my finger. Then she charged me 70 when I asked her in the middle of the process how much it was going to be and she said around 40. After numerous phone calls to other nail salons. I found this gem. My grandmother had a stroke and is in a nursing home. This angel came to her rescue. She was very gentle and cared for my grandma while doing her nails. Thank you so much….. I recomend this place.
