Went to get a Brazilian wax. I saw Katie. OMG she is amazing! The service was great. Katie was so nice. She is fast and so good at her job. I barely felt anything and she had me finished in just under 30 minutes. I am definitely coming back again. They are amazing here.

Danielle chopped my hair into the worst haircut of my life and then diffused it after I had specifically said I didn’t want it curly. I had a picture even of what I wanted. I could tell she knew she had messed up but she didn’t ask for help. I wore a hat out of salon, so embarrassed. Went to rich beauty to get it fixed. Stylist said its the worse haircut she personally seen in all her years. Worse yet, they refused to refund me my money because I went somewhere to fix it. Imagine? As if a brand new customer would have faith in anyone there after that. I had to have my hair cut into a pixie and wear hats for a long time. Endured people’s comments. Be very careful if something goes wrong, recognize they will not acknowledge or refund.
