She also gave instructions on where she wanted and didn’t want color to be added. Stylist started in the spot that she didn’t want and it turned out blue instead of green. She asked for an employee that was experienced in doing color but instead was given someone fresh out of school. Charged another hundred bucks to “fix” and was made to feel uncomfortable the whole time.
