Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueWent in for a haircut and got Nikki. She was FANTASTIC!!!! Did my hair exactly how I wanted it and we had the best conversations. She is very experienced and one of the best hairdressers I’ve been to. 11/10 recommend!!!

Critical: QualityI paid for a layer and got a basic cut with a random chunk cut in the back? Absolutely not 1 layer. Not sure what happened but definitely not what I paid for sadly. I even had to walk back in and have a long stand cut before I left. I know that not all workers there do this but definitely please do NOT say you can do a layer if you can’t, it’s a complete waste of the customers money and time.
